现有3b2b apartment，其中master room主卧出租（有独立卫生间 Private bathroom） 大概12ft * 13ft（3.65米X 4米）。房间有衣柜和镜子，地毯软乎，适合居住。客厅很大，厨房有大冰箱，烤箱，微波炉。apartment 在 coleman ave ，menlo park，离 facebook 和 stanford 都很近。骑车20-30分钟到stanford。走路十五分钟可以坐免费的stanford shuttle。走路五分钟可以坐其他公交车。周边环境和治安都很好，是一个适合居住的美丽宁静的好地区，无论开车和骑车都很方便也很安全。周围有几个公园，邻居和睦友好。离墨西哥超市走路可以去买菜，美国大超市safeway，trader joe’s也骑车很近。$1300/月for room， 网，电，气三人平摊,大约一个月$100。希望能找到一个相处和睦，爱干净的女室友，有正当职业，2018年2月1号开始可以入住。现在住的室友都很好的nice。有意者请联系我通过右边的Message Poster. 请简单介绍自己和说明希望室友是怎么样的。谢谢！祝好。Good luck。

The room is roughly 12ft * 13ft, with desk, chair, bed, wardrobe, mirror, fan, carpet.
Quick 20-30 minutes bike ride to Stanford, walking distance to caltrain, and downtown.
“kitchenette” area with kitchen sink and a small granite counter, cabinets, microwave and a big fridge, stoves.
Apartment have 3 laundry machine.
Free parking in big garage under the apartment.

Share gas and electro and Wi-FI, Utilities average $100/month, every month is different (caused by the gas, electro is a little bit different, use gas less in summer and more in winter). Utilities are shared by all 3 housemates at the end of each month.
The total rental fee is $1300(for this room)+Wi-Fi ($81.79)+gas/electro (each month is different) per month. Security Deposit is $1300.
The Room is available on February 1th in 2018.
