Share gas and electro and Wi-FI, Utilities average $100/month, every month is different caused by the gas, electro is a little bit different, use gas less in summer and more in winter). Utilities are shared by all 3 housemates at the end of each month. The total rental fee is $1200 per month for this room (included Utilities). Security Deposit is $1100.
