Research Intern - Molecular Biology - Rejuvenation Technologies, Mountain View, CA 94043
Part-time, $20/hr, 10-20 hr/week

Rejuvenation Technologies Inc. is a biotechnology startup company founded out of Stanford University developing therapeutics to treat fatal diseases, reverse aging, and extend the human healthspan. We are seeking a part-time Research Intern. Duties may include:

1. RNA production: PCR, in vitro transcription, and RNA purification.
2. Cloning: Gibson ligation and plasmid preparation.
3. Lab assistance: Preparing test tubes and reagents, assisting with in-vitro assays and other laboratory procedures.

Desired skills and experiences:

• Passion for science, interest in learning and growth in job
• Prior experience in a biology laboratory
• Proficient at pipetting
• Attention to detail
• Perfectionist, likes double-checking, averse to mistakes
• Able to concentrate
• Accurate experiment record keeping
• Ability to work independently

Preferred, but not required:

• PCR, in vitro transcription, sequencing library preparation, cell culture (at least one preferred, but no experience necessary)
