My flatmate is moving out from the area and I am looking for a person to take his place. The lease is on month to month basis. Location - A very quiet, green apartment complex located (Intersection of Central and Mary, Sunnyvale) on Sunnyvale/Mountain View border close to the intersection of Central expressway and Mary. Great location, very close to 237 and Central expressway and El Camino. Encinal park which has tennis courts, sand volleyball court, basketball court etc. and a jogging track is within 2 minutes of walking. Lot of restaurants and groceries including Madras café, Namaste Plaza etc, and Gas stations are within 5 minutes of driving.

Apartment details – Apartment has 2B/2Bath. You will be having your own room (11*10) and own bathroom. There is one living room, one dining space, kitchen and a patio with nice storage space in the apartment. You will be sharing the house with a male Indian bachelor working as a R&D engineer. Internet facility is free of cost. The apartment complex has great amenities including a nice swimming pool, hot Jacuzzi, laundry room and nice ambience. Current rent is ~ 975$ per month.

Preference - I am looking preferably for a person who is non smoker, vegetarian and prefers cleanliness in house.
