Renting one room in a nice 2-rooms in an apt. The apt features a small front yard, a bigger backyard, and a garage.

I have one of the rooms (which I use as an office and sometimes as sleeping). The room I'm renting is specious, plus a closet; it’s not huge, but our current roommate was able to fit comfortably a full bed, a bookshelf, and an armchair (see picture attached, room comes furnished).

The house is located in the quiet neighborhood, less than 10 minutes distance from the Stanford campus and very close to the grocery, shopping mall, caltrain and etc.
