We are renting out our living room in a 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom apartment in Mountain View.

【Perfect Location】
It is about 10 min drive from the Stanford campus or Google. Drive 5-min north, you will have various supermarkets like Safeway, Trader Joes, Target, Walmart, Sprouts, and restaurants for American, Asian or other kinds of food. Drive about 5 min south, you can have Chinese or Japanese supermarkets and you may enjoy all the amazing food on Castro Stree.

【Roomy Space with Privacy】
The room is around 600ft, which is furnished and ready for moving in. The half bathroom on the 1st floor will be all yours, so you only need to share the use of the full bathroom on the 2nd floor with other two roommates when taking a shower. There is also a big storage room that can be used as your own walk-in closet.

The apartment contains a shared bathroom (2F one for shower), a kitchen, and the dining area. The two bedrooms are on the 2nd flor. Both your roommates spend most of their time upstairs so downstairs is pretty like an independent Studio. (Btw, as the latest occupant of the living room, I installed some curtains around the bed so your privacy is even more guaranteed.)

【Facilities & Amenities】
Parking is available on the ground floor of the apartment building. Street parking is also accessible.
Coin-Op Washers & Dryers on the ground floor as well.
Swimming pool in the yard.
PG&E, Utilities, and the internet are included in the rent.

【Lease Term】
Available for a long/short-term stay.
If rent for more than 3 months, the rent can be discounted. The move-in date is December 9th, 2017(can be flexible).

【Prospective Roomates】
The current roommates are two female, one is a Stanford Ph.D. and the other graduated from Cornell. Both are super friendly, polite and easy-going.
We would prefer a single female roommate who will not host overnight guests.
