We are renting out our LIVING ROOM (furnished with room divider, mattress, desk, chair, clothing rack) in our two-bed/one bath apartment occupied by two males for the amount of $900/month. We are looking for a male roommate, preferably student or young professional.

We are looking for a one-year commitment.

• Very Spacious, quiet, basic furniture included
• Shared kitchen and bathroom (never been a problem, always extremely clean)
• Located in Mountain View near Costco, Safeway, Google, Hwy 101, very convenient.
• 1 mi to Google (walking), 1.6 mi to San Antonio Caltrain(5 min drive/10 min bike ride), 2.9 mi to Mountain View Downtown and Caltrain (10 min drive), 4.9 mi to Stanford Uni (15 min drive).

Once we mutual agree to move forward please provide the following documents:

1. US photo ID -or- US student visa -or- passport scan
2. credit report (free from www.annualcreditreport.com) -or- company offer letter
3. first month's rent and deposit (deposit = 1 month's rent)
