Since we need to move to a new place, we have to leave this lovely lovely apartment that we love and have enjoyed living in for only five months. It's an one-bedroom on the upper floor, facing Southeast, with plenty of sunlight in the morning. Right before we moved in, the apartment was remodeled, so everything was brand new.

The listing rental price is $3400, and we would accept subleasing for $3000. The apartment will be available by the end of April and the lease will expire in early September.

It's located right next to the San Antonio center (less than 5-minutes walk), where you will find Whole Foods, Safeway, Target, Walmart, 24-hour Fitness, and many good restaurants. The San Antonio Caltrain station is only 10-min walk away as well. This neighborhood is safe, beautiful, and interesting to explore.

Other conditions: Washer/Dryer in unit. In-door parking and very easy to find spots. Please see the photos attached - some were taken when we initially moved in and some are recent shots.
