Bedroom is furnished with the essentials: bed, desk, chair, lamp, curtains, etc.

The current tenants are three girls, one guy, late 20's, early 30's, with one who is traveling for the month of December (and potentially beyond). We all work nearby the NASA research park/center, and at home we enjoy a relaxed environment - reading, watching movies, and meals with friends in the outdoor patio/garden room. We have dinner parties from time to time but generally the house is pretty relaxed and quiet. We have a beautiful large yard with excellent trees. In the back yard we have a modest compost pile started and there's plenty of room for gardening and relaxing outside too.

The Neighborhood: The neighborhood is quiet with families and a playground nearby. Very close to downtown Mountain View, the 101, the Mountain View farmers market, Caltrain, NASA, Google, parks, and the Stevens Creek bike path. Located at approx. the Whisman St. and Fairchild St. intersection just south of 101. Easy walking distance to shops and eateries.

The House & Amenities: The house has a front and large back yard with a covered patio that is home to plants and a dinner table with a projector for movie viewing. Washer and dryer are on site. Full kitchen off of the dining room. The house is located off of a private road, on the inside of the block -- with room for parking. If needed, there's plenty of street parking as well. Rent includes all utilities.
