My roommate and I will be gone for the summer but we both have year-long leases for our respective rooms in a 2-bedroom apartment in Munger. We are looking to sublet them from early June to mid August.

Rent is $1340 per person, per month, but we will of course charge a prorated amount for June and August.

The apartment is fully furnished.

We'll be leaving all cookware in addition to two flat screen televisions.
