Need help with using a cluster

Hello,

I'm a grad student trying to use a cluster and I'm having a lot of problems getting set up and figuring out how to run my scripts. I really need some help and even just about 1 hour from you could really push me in the right direction. If you are available to come by to Herrin sometime this long weekend, I would really appreciate it!
