Hi,

I need a simple, no frills 1 bedroom rental just for the month of August while I seek permanent housing. I have excellent references and just need a safe place to sleep. The room does not need to be furnished and I do not need access to the kitchen. Any leads would be welcome.

I would also be willing to do some type of work exchange: yard work, painting, cleaning, office work, data entry or other projects.
