I'm an incoming grad student at Stanford (female, early 20s) and found a sweet 3br/1ba house in Menlo Park (5 miles from the Main Quad according to Google maps). The place has a frontyard, backyard, living room, fireplace, dining room, washer/dryer in-unit, kitchen, 1 car garage with tons of other parking on the long private driveway. The landlord has a hold on the property up until Friday 7/12 for me as I find roommates. Rent (3,500) + all utilities/cable/etc (approx 200) is $3,700 split 3 ways.
