I found a great house on Seale Avenue that's literally a 10 minute bike ride to the center of Stanford campus (did the ride today to make sure Google Maps wasn't lying) and am looking for roommates to fill the house.
Rundown of the place:
About me: early 20's female grad student at Stanford. I'm friendly, outgoing, and would love a community living environment with like-minded individuals in the same age group (early 20's to early 30's). We don't all have to be best friends but I would love it if we could all get together for board games, grilling, movies, or just talk over beers. I have a small dog so you're going to have to like/love animals for this to work haha.
If all this sounds good to you please reply with some information about yourself. Some questions to start you off: what will you be doing in the area? What kind of living environment are you looking for? What do you like doing in your spare time? What problems have you run into/anticipate running into when sharing a living space with people you initially don't know? Smoke? Drugs? Pets? And other things you feel like telling me to see if we're compatible.
Lastly, include a range of times you can come see the house on Thursday September 5 (tomorrow). I'm under a time crunch to sign this lease so please serious inquiries only.
