We are looking for a new flatmate at our lovely Victorian 3 bed, 1 bath, Potrero Hill flat. The rent is a very reasonable $1409 a month (rent controlled), with utilities averaging about $65 a month additional (internet, water, gas, electric, please note there is no TV). The flat is on a popular block in a two unit building with excellent free parking, good access to several grocery stores (Whole Foods is within 3 blocks) and gyms, as well as both 101 and 280. It has wonderful panoramic views of the city, has a lovely back yard space, and on site coin operated laundry. The flat is available from mid December, with tenancy needed by 1 January, and we are looking for a minimum 3 month commitment from any new roommate. The room is a large space with high ceilings, original Victorian detail, small walk in closet, and a large east facing window. It will easily fit a queen size bed, dresser, desk and side tables comfortably.
We are looking for a clean, quiet professional who is respectful of communal spaces and does not bring the party home. We are two professionals (late 20's and mid 30's), who work in San Francisco and both like to cook and travel. Richard is a wine aficionado who works in advertising, and Saiqa Anne likes to read, go to the gym, and works in research.
Please note the room is only available for 1 person, not a couple or dual occupancy, due to lease restriction. Additionally the flat features limited overall storage, so is not suitable for someone with extensive storage needs. The kitchen is fully appointed, and the new tenant does not need to provide any kitchenware, all cookware is shared. There is a shared, furnished living room with limited room for additional furniture. Please note the flat is no smoking and not 4/20 friendly.
