I have a brand new Jansport Exos Transfer Backpack that Jansport's warranty department sent me to replace my old one. I bought a different bag in the meanwhile so I don't need this one.
It has Jansport's 'Airlift' system that makes it feel light on your back even full of books (I can attest to this) and has a laptop sleeve padded on the bottom in case you drop it.
