I bought these two pans earlier this year and haven't had an opportunity to cook with them at all. I'm sure somebody out there will put them to much better use. You may purchase an individual pan, or both pans together. The pans stack on top of each other so that one can serve as a roasting lid. They're large enough to roast a thanksgiving turkey :-)

I have scrubbed off the manufacturer's temporary wax coating for you and preseasoned the pans 5 times each with flaxseed oil. If you buy both pans, I will include the bottle of flaxseed oil that I used for seasoning for free ($20 value). These pans are sturdy and well constructed.
