This is a brand new iPod Touch with 8GB of storage. It has never been used and is still in the original packaging. This was literally purchased today. I peeled the serial number off of the packaging for rebate purposes, but aside from that, this is exactly as it would come off of a store shelf.

This iPod Touch is the latest model and includes the 3.0 firmware, which you would otherwise need to pay for.

I'm asking for $215 as that is what you could get it from Amazon for, so this is a great deal, no shipping or taxes to drive the price up. I am open to negotiating on the price though.
