Rent includes full use of kitchen and shared spaces (kitchen living room, outdoor areas). There's also both covered and outdoor parking available.

First month rent ($1150) + security deposit of one month's rent ($1150) - total $2300 required upon time of move-in. Room is available for move-in starting October 1st.

You'll be living with two professionals in their early 30s - one female and one male. We're looking someone friendly, responsible, respectful, and clean to join our space.
