The property has a pool, hot tub, gas bbq's, 24/7 workout room with precor equipment, business center, covered parking, and 24/7 gated access with security, and a Zipcar rental in the building. Have lived in the complex for nearly 3 years with great service and upkeep by the friendly management and maintenance staff.

(Not open to: Smokers, drug use, pets, couples, or moderate/frequent working from home. Also, no storage of bikes in the unit.)

WHEN: Room available on/after April 15th. Room can be rented month-to-month, with a 1 month notice of termination.
