The unit is located on the top floor with tons of sunshine, next to the elevator, and no walls are shared with neighbors. The property has a pool, hot tub, gas bbq's, 24/7 workout room with precor equipment, business center, covered parking, and 24/7 gated access with security. Have lived in the complex for nearly 3 years with great service and upkeep by the friendly management and maintenance staff.

WHERE: Located in a prime location next to the Sunnyvale CalTrain Station and downtown Sunnyvale (literally across the street). It's also located next to a Google Shuttle Stop. (Not open to: Smokers, drug use, pets, couples, or moderate/frequent working from home. Also, no storage of bikes in the unit.)

WHEN: Room available on/after March 28th. Room can be rented month-to-month, with a 1 month notice of termination.
