This queen bed frame is in great shape aesthetically, but creaks a little, so you might need to tighten some screws or add some some additional bracing. Slats are included. We put some felt strips on the tips of the slats to minimize creaking. One slat is broken, but we never felt the difference. Mattress and sheets not included.
