I'm a current Stanford undergrad living with four recent grads (class of 2013), but since I'll be graduating at the end of this quarter, my room will be up for temporary sublet beginning in January. I'll be out of the area from January 18-February 20 for sure, and I am looking for someone to sublet for that period--possibly longer. These dates are flexible (especially on the start date), and I am also strongly considering having the subletter stay until the end of the lease (June 1).

The house is a 3bd/2bth close to Moffett and Middlefield with its own carport and plenty of street parking. This is a great location and in a nice neighborhood near Castro Street and the CalTrain, as well as with convenient access to the 101 and other highways. It's roughly 7 miles from campus, or about a 20-minute drive away. You'd have the room to yourself, share a bathroom with two other people, and have full access to all the common spaces and laundry machines. The other four roommates are very friendly and nice young professionals. Rent is $800/month, in addition to utilities+wifi+cable+laundry (~$60-75/month in the winter). No smoking and no pets are allowed.
