I am away for an internship this summer and am offering up my apartment. It is a very nice studio apartment on the top floor with a tree right outside the window. The building is quite and all the amenities and areas are well maintained and clean with free laundry. The studio is also kept very clean, and they are currently putting in a brand now fridge and oven!
Take a look at the graduate housing website for layouts and pictures of the studios (https://rde.stanford.edu/studenthousing/escondido-village-studios). My building is situated right next to some tennis and basketball courts and a very nice courtyard. It'll be a nice place in the summer, and I can leave you my tower fan to use on the hotter days.
We can discuss cookware etc. if you think you may be needing some and would like to borrow mine. I may also use the space under the bed to store some things during the summer, but it's pretty hidden under there, so it should not be in the way (haven't fully figured that part out yet!)
RULES (per housing requirements for subleases):
