A roommate just moved and we have one bedroom in a beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bath house available for sublet immediately until June 30th. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and dresser and the remainder of the house is fully furnished. We have a garage, yard, grill, beautiful center island kitchen with granite counter tops, a gas fire place, washer/dryer, dish washer, microwave etc. No pets or smoking. The current occupants are graduate students in the sciences. We're fairly studious and like to keep the place decent, social but not party animals. The current occupants of this house are men, although we don't have a gender preference.
