NVS 310 card with a low-profile form factor used lightly for a year. This little guy can drive two huge 2560x1600 monitors smoothly at 60Hz. The metal front plate is designed for a regular form factor and extends out beyond the low-profile limit, but I removed the plate (cosmetic, just two screws) and was able to keep it in a thin desktop machine without issue.
