It's a one-bedroom one-bathroom apartment on the 2nd floor, with a lovely patio to the garden. Next to club house, main heated all-year-round swimming pool and hot tub. Paradise living and this apartment unit is at a very quiet and convenient location. Good unit in the whole apartment complex.

I have lived in this apartment unit for only three months. I fully furnished it with high quality furniture, including a king-sized bed, dresser, two night stands, and a study desk in the bedroom, a L-shaped big couch with a queen-sized pull-out bed, a dining room set, two upscale office chairs, a side table, lightings, framed wall pictures in the living room, and kitchenware, bedding, etc. I can sublease the apartment with all furnitures as a turn-key to save you enormous amount of time.

Location of the apartment is next to Stanford campus and Stanford Shopping Center. You can bike to campus, Palo Alto downtown, walk to shopping center. Safeway, CVS, Trader's Joes nearby. The apartment also facilitates some off-campus housing for Stanford graduate students. Free shuttle to Stanford University and Palo Alto Transit Center. The location of this apartment is among the best in whole Bay Area.
