Offering an EV Studio for Sublet- June 3-Sept (flexible end date)

I am subletting my studio in EV from June 3rd through either Sept 1st or through the 9th-10th (end date flexible!). I would prefer to sublet to a woman, who is clean, non-smoking, and with no pets. The studio is conveniently located around the corner from Stanford Ave, a quick walk/bike to California Ave. as well as to the Dish!

The subletter must be eligible to sublet in Stanford graduate housing.
