Job Description

Job duties, including but not limited to:

• Documents management; filing and sorting, using Window 365.
• Translate various documents from English to simplified Chinese and vice versa.
• Manage company email, telephone and other office matters.
• Using words, excel, chart and ppt. to produce documents for various tasks.
• Manage calendar for various events and dates.
• Personal assistance to General Counsel; including handling calendar and appointments.
• And other tasks as assigned from time to time.
