It's a DEClaser 5100 and it uses a parallel port connection. I'm getting a new laptop without a parallel port so I can't use this printer anymore. Works well for printing lots of black and white text. Sometimes the toner buildup leaves a faint line on one side of the page, but it's not a big hindrance and it's easy to clean the cartridge off if you want. Text is crisp and clear.
