I am subletting my home on campus from Dec-14-2016 to Jan-15-2017 (dates are adjustable). The bedroom, kitchen, bathroom are fully furnished! The deal includes a TV, piano for free.

Location - Escondido Village (Graduate housing)
Rent - $981 per month (pro-rated according to your stay). This is the rent I pay Stanford (and hence the best you can get).
