It is a four room apartment with two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a spacious living room. Each bathroom is shared by one other person. Roommates are male, quite, clean, and friendly.
The building is a 10 minute walk to campus,1 minute walk from a shuttle stop (which can take you to the Caltrain), and 3 minute walk from the Graduate Student Center (which serves food til late night). The room is on the third floor, which gives you a lot of privacy and insulation from any disturbances outside. The room also comes with a set of pots, pans, and dishes.There is also a 4k HDR 48 inch TV in the room, but it can put in storage if preferred.
There is also available fast internet, a community sand volleyball court, an outside recreational space, a mac lab, and a free and functional laundry room.

Sub leasing for entire summer is preferred but willing to negotiate .
