On campus studio/1 bedroom apt needed (pay you $500 more each month)

I am a graduate student, looking for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment for the fall quarter or the whole academic year starting September 10. I would be willing to pay you the monthly rent plus $500 each month. Please contact me if interested.
