We are a couple of MBA students, live on campus but will be going abroad for Christmas and New-Year. The apt is very nice, it has 1 room, and 1 den which we are using as a second room. It has 2 floors, 1 bathroom, 1 large living-room, and a large kitchen. Parking space available outside. We are renting it at a cheaper price than the official EV price (~1750 a month)*.Very comfortable and nice (green forrest in the front and backyard), in the middle of campus but quiet! Come to see it yourself! Internet and laundry is free, laundry is 50 meters away.
