This apartment is located in the socially vibrant Rains neighborhood, which contains beautiful courtyards, several lounges, and a volleyball net right in your front yard. There is also a yoga/aerobics studio in the building next door, where you can take classes for a small fee, and you will be only a few minutes walk away from Ray's, the graduate student cafe/hang-out spot. Plenty of bike and car parking is right outside, and you can bike to several beautiful nearby trails and gardens within minutes.

There is also a small garden on the balcony, which may give you a strawberry or two throughout the summer if you would like to water it!
