Very spacious living space on the first floor with a living room, 4 place dinning table and a generous kitchen. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor. My roommate is extremely nice and friendly. Looking for a graduate student or researcher who is looking for a convenient place to stay on campus. The house is located in EV South, very close to central campus, the GCC, Ray's Grill and Rains. It has access to a very nice lawn area with bbq pits and volleyball court. Laundry is also conveniently located nearby (free of charge).
