This apartment is located in a complex called Marina Playa at Santa Clara, which is around 20min drive to Stanford campus (close to Lawrence Expressway). The community itself has as many amenities as you want, pools, tennis courts, movie theatre and etc. The apartment is fully equipped in appliances,: fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and etc.

There now lives a family of three, a young couple and an adorable baby boy of one year old. Normally the baby sleeps before 10pm and wakes up around 8am, so you won't be disturbed much during the night. We are looking for a quiet and nice roommate to share this room.
