Rent: $500/month. All utilities as well as Wifi are included.

Address: 2138 Camino A Los Cerros, Menlo Park. Quiet, close to groceries, restaurants, banks, recreation, sports, 15 minutes bike to Stanford Medical School.

Fully furnished (single size bed, table, wardrobes). Shared Bathroom and Kitchen. Free laundry in house. Parking place available.

Move in: first month rent + $200 deposit, rent paid when moving in; Notification to landlord at least 30 days before moving out.

Preferred: Quiet, clean, male, no Pets, good credit, no drugs, no smoking. (BTW, two male Stanford medical students are living in the house.)
