The place is a cozy one bedroom apartment (400+ square feet, the bedroom has a walk in closet and a full bathroom, the kitchen is part of the living room) in a house, which has four units in total. People in the other three units are very friendly.

Great location: el Camino Real and Wilton Ave.

Very good rent: Rent is only $1450/month plus utilities.

Move-in date: Jan 16. There might be an open house on the 14 or 15th.
