Hi everyone! I’m moving back to Europe at the end of July & my one-bedroom apartment is up for grabs!

Rent is $1,595 a month, incl. water & garbage disposal - NOT incl. gas, power, internet.

Perfect for a single person or a couple, the apartment is ideally located just off Stanford campus, at the corner of El Camino Real - Oxford St.

I am looking for someone who is also willing to buy my second-hand furniture for an extra cost of $500.
This includes: an awesome queen sized bed (with memory foam), bedside table & reading lamp, kitchen table & chair, pull-down sofa bed (old, but functional), sofa table, floor lamp, carpets, and full kitchen utilities (pots, pans, plates, cups, etc.)
