Subletting my one bedroom apartment in EV, Hoskins Midrise.

The apartment is very clean, fully furnished with anything you need for living (kitchen appliances, bedding, including dish washer) and a spacious balcony with an amazing view. The apartment has a brand new, very big luxurious bed.
The price for each month is 1750$ + (150 $ refundable security deposit). I am looking for someone who will cover the most of the sublet period-- May 21-July 15. Move out date can be slightly negotiated if needed (+/- 3 days or so).

The place is available to a couple or preferably to a female tenant. The place is NOT available for undergraduates.
