utility(water sewer, gas, electricity, networks): ~$80 per person

Located at Alma Street in Palo Alto. Close to Stanford university and many tech companies in the bay area.
The other tenant is a male software engineer working in the south bay area.
For parking, you could buy a dedicated parking slot for $25 per month from Stanford villa or street parking.
The current lease is valid through June 30th 2018. You will need to provide your funding source (e.g., a job letter) to the rental office in order to have you name added in the lease. When the current lease expires, there is an option to create a new lease for the year of 2019 (the rent slowly increases but it is still much cheaper than the market price). One month rent deposit is needed to secure the room.
