One bedroom is available in a two-bedroom, one-bath apartment in Downtown Menlo Park. Short-term basis (three months, possibly six), starting after March 1. No summer sublets as I prefer someone sooner, thanks.

The location is near the Menlo Park Caltrain and walking distance to grocery stores (Safeway and Trader Joe's).
Stanford campus is about 1.5 miles away.
Cross street is Middle Ave and University Drive.

• Furnished one bedroom: Comfortable full size bed, sit-stand desk, lighting, closet
• Coined Laundry on-site
• Shared kitchen with utensils, plates/bowls, and appliances.
• Best if you don't have a car as permits are required for street parking.
• Rent covers includes utilities (Wifi and Gas/Electric)

I occupy the other room and work at Stanford full-time on a hybrid schedule [female]. Sorry no pets and single occupancy only.
Looking for someone who keeps things tidy, considerate, and contributes to cleaning.
