Looking for one female Stanford affiliated person to take over the sublet (i.e. no overnight guest).

• Bus stop is right outside (30 sec walk)
• Laundry room is very close (2 mins walk; will need Stanford ID)
• You will most likely enjoy the whole apartment yourself (no other roommate)
• Starbucks is located in walking distance (5 mins walk)
• Tennis and basketball courts are close (3 mins walk)
• Free Stanford Wireless connection

Ask for $1150 for the whole period (utility included).
