The room will be available on March 1st. The current lease will end at the end of April. You may renew the lease together with your housemate. You’ll share the 2 BR Townhome with a quiet Stanford female professional.

· It is a two-story Palo Alto Townhome 1038 square ft. Close to Stanford (~2 miles, 15min by bike), buses, Caltrain
· First floor spacious living room extended to a paved patio and a full kitchen
· 2nd floor has two bedrooms, walk-in closets, a full bathroom, and in-unit washer/dryer. The room for sublet is furnished with a bed(with mattress), a desk and a chair . You can take over these furniture for free.
