Swimming pool. Coin washer/dryer. Private parking spot.

I'm a 32 year old, easy-going guy. Sports and wellness/Athlete. Very busy and have a non-traditional schedule. I am looking for a roommate who is laid back, non-smoking, clean and not a heavy drinker/prefer none drinker. If you care about private, clean and safe living situation then we are good!
