I'm moving to a new apartment to live with my best friend, so my room in my current 4 bedroom house in Redwood City will be available! The house is really beautiful and was recently remodeled. Here are the details:

• 1 Master Bedroom (has attached bathroom) in a 4 bedroom house: Haven Ave, Redwood City, CA

• Rent is $1502/month INCLUDING all utilities (water, electricity, garbage, water), Comcast high-speed internet, gardening, and monthly house cleaning.

• 2 miles from downtown Redwood City.

• The roommates are awesome and friendly (Mix of men and women in their 20s and 30s: an analyst at a startup, an environmental engineer, and a chef at a Palo Alto restaurant).

• Tons of space in the back for parking with no extra charge, huge storage shed, and built-in washer/dryer. The yard has orange, avocado, and lemon trees and roses.

• Common spaces (living room and kitchen) are shared, living room furniture and TV are already provided. The house is kept very clean and peaceful.

• Available to move in March 11th (but I can be flexible on the date).

The property is managed by a company called LiveBungalow: https://livebungalow.com/. They are super helpful, and if any of the other roommates decide to leave you are only responsible for rent for your room.
