Major stores such as Costco, Target, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and downtown area are all within 10 min drive. Convenience stores and a park with basketball court and children's play area are 5-10 min walk away.

Both bedrooms are master suites with private bathrooms inside. There's an attached garage for one car and an assigned parking spot right next to the house. There're a few visitor parking spots and street parking space available too. There's a cute nice patio for your use. There's an additional storage room in the garage.
