We are 3 male grad students at Stanford, looking for a roommate for a house in Redwood City near Woodside road (nice neighborhood). The room has its own bathroom. We want to continue our lease for a year. Lease starts on June 8th. Security deposit of $1200 needed. Utilities come up to about $100 a month.
