One room left in beautiful Menlo Park house- walk or bike to campus

We have room for one more in our house! We have a mix of those working in tech, Stanford graduate students and research visitors at Stanford for a total of 5. We are excited to have one more tech worker, researcher or student join the house!
Duration: Strict min of 6-months with a preference for a year (starting September 1, 2026)
Location: Fantastic location on a quiet street which is an 8-minute walk from Stanford Shopping Center, 15 minute walk or 3 min bike to Palo Alto Caltrain station
House description: Large 5-bedroom house with three bathrooms. Furnished common areas include a large living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
Rooms: All rooms are furnished with bed, desk, chair and storage.
Price: We have one spot left but you can choose between two possible rooms since we can move people around - $2100 for the largest room and $1900 for the mid-sized room. Utilities and parking are extra.
